Please allow some extra time at the moment due to delays within the postal network. We cannot be held responsible for these but will do everything in our power to rectify a problem if a parcel has become lost/damaged in transit, as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping -

Receive free shipping on all UK orders over £15, we have upgrade options available too.

You will find a variety of different options on the checkout page which have different time frames for delivery.

 

Shipping time will depend on the service you choose, you can see this below -

Royal Mail 48 hr - £2.75 - expected within two to three working days after dispatch (delivered Mon-Sat)

Free Shipping on orders over £15 (Royal Mail 2nd Class) cost - Free -  expected 2-3 business days after dispatch  (delivered Mon-Sat)

Free Shipping Upgrade on orders over £15 (Royal Mail 1st Class) cost - £1.49 - expected 1-2 business days after dispatch (delivered Mon-Sat)

Next Day delivery cost - £5.90 - expected next business day after dispatch (delivered Mon-Sat). Please be aware cut-offs in each provider may impact the speed of it being delivered the next day.

As shown above, you are able to upgrade if you would like quicker shipping.

 

Dispatch

We fulfill orders Monday - Sunday during our opening hours of 09:00 - 20:00.

Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch for your order.

We fulfill packaging and shipment out of our office address -

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

Royal Mail state that an item is classed as lost when it hasn't arrived at the end of the tenth day from ordering, if this is the case please drop us an email at hello@dogdigs.store and we will rectify this for you. We will then send you out a replacement once checking with tracking information where available.

We cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate address to ensure the correct delivery of the order is made.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged or faulty? 

Please take photographs of the damaged item/s and send them to us via our contact form or email hello@dogdigs.store so we are able to rectify this for you. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you if this has been damaged in transit or has arrived faulty. We will then pay for postage for the item/s back to us.
